One week later still NO REFUND !!!!!!!

At this point I am so irate, it's been a week now still no refund ad promised just a lot is passing the buck. Is what you call keeping customers. I requested a refund into my bank account which I provided last week. I have to call and email so many times to find out where my money is. Guess what the consults advise me the refund was done I must just wait. Ya right !!!!if it were you money you also flip. I keep getting the same silly replies from consultants nobody has the decency to call me and advise where my money is. I want a manager to call me and advise where my money is and explain what the hold up is as this is taking longer than usual. It is going to force me never to purchase online with your store again and tell all my friends and family on the service I received from you. PAY BACK THE MONEY !!!!!!!!
