One star is one star too many....

Ordered a pair of shoes on sale, it arrived, I fitted it and it was to small. Immediately mailed them to log a return the same day I received it and placed it back in the box. They picked it up on Thursday, received a mail on the Tuesday saying the shoes are dirty and they won't give me my money back. I did not even fit both shoes. Also no direct person to talk to at the warehouse, just send me emails. How do I know where the shoes were over the weekend?? They won't last long with this unacceptable way of doing business.
