On the fence

It saddens me that I often buy from superbalist as they’re one of the few platforms that provide their kind of service.

While I am glad to have their service I often find that lack in attention to detail and transparency.

I often if not always get my orders late, with little to no communication on their side unless I bring it up first. It’s just frustrating.

Amazing list of products but the company itself needs a bit of work.
