Nr 8 sneakers in a nr 6 box.... Order is a nr 6.

I received my order #*** on 5 May 2020. The vikky sneaker pink nr 6 is however a nr 8 in a nr 6 box. Please can I receive the correct nr. I'm not able to log a return and have sent a mail but your mailbox is full. I have no other way to make contact - so apologies for this complaint as I really love Superbalist. I'm rather disappointed with this lack of quality control. I can mail proof once contact is made with me.
