They should remove "Superb" from their name. Ordered a couch online and decided to collect it personally in order to ensure that the product is in its place on time. Collection point was described as Stellenbosch and confirmed on their tracking system as being ready at Stellenbosch. On collection day the couch was then reflected as being available in Montague Gardens, with no weekend contact number to query this. After disputing the fact that it was ever going to be delivered to Stellenbosch, they made a u-turn on that statement when I sent them proof that it was acknowledged as being Stellenbosch. Then it got even better, I was informed in writing that the couch was going to be delivered to Stellenbosch on Monday 28 February, and despite being available to take delivery all day, NO couch was delivered. Hence there will be no trust in any further promises they make. So please take note, they are not SUPERB at what they doing
