Both takealot.com and superbalist have fallen from grace so far their heads are spinning.

I'm not writing a lengthy review because this company is at such a critical low, they don't even respond to their desperate victims I mean customers.

But I'm thinking perhaps my latest dealings with superbalist should become a beautiful multimedia, immersive experience of an article to showcase just how these people took me for a astronomical ride. Again.

Order around 4000 rands worth of stuff for my shop. Then things went south immediately. Bottom line, I have a receipt or a proof of delivery where these clowns tell me to "enjoy my order". You know, eff off. What is there to enjoy? Only two little pillowcases out of the 12 I ordered and paid for? And other than one or two essential items, thats it.

You guys are so lame I have, as I said in my email to you, which, surprise surprise! you have not had the decency to respond to, that I feel I've surpassed that point of blinding anger like with my previous big order (remember that embarrassment?!).

I simply handed it over to my sides legal advice together with a private message in which I apologise profusely to my staff for not learning and for being enough of a dighead, to trust these jokers again.

How stupid.

People really stop settling for people who will take you for a box if and whenever it suits them.
