Not so Super
I’ve never complained about service from Superbalist before, as they’ve always been excellent and they’ve never let me down.
However, my last two experiences have been very frustrating. I purchased a jacket as a gift for someone and unfortunately, it was too small, so not too long after, I booked it for a return and it was collected the next day. Only for the money to take excruciatingly long to be returned to me. Seriously??? The product was back in your warehouse almost immediately.
After finally returning my money, I purchased a different jacket for this person and made arrangements to be at home for the delivery, as they usually deliver between 8-9 am in my area. It got to 11 and unfortunately I could no longer wait and needed to be elsewhere arbitration 11:30. They called to say they were outside and I told them that unfortunately, I could not collect and that they should give it next door, even giving them the exact address. I knew that my neighbour was home and the man on the phone told me he would instruct the driver to do so. This did not happen. My neighbor was home and did not hear anyone or see anyone at his gate.
The delivery was now rescheduled for the following day.
This time, my brother was at home and was listening for a delivery guy the entire morning as I had an exam and my cell would be switched off.
After switching on my cell, I received an sms notifying me that they were there but delivery was unsuccessful.
I sent Superbalist a message, telling them I had made arrangements for someone to be there to collect and that their driver did not hoot or call out at the gate of our house.
They apologised and informed me that the delivery would be rescheduled. Only for me to find out today that my order was not rescheduled, but cancelled. I was not made aware of this.
I am completely dissatisfied by the poor service delivery as well as the poor communication by Superbalist, it has been really disappointing lately.
You’re so quick to take my money but take incredibly long to return it, disappointing!
