Not safe online site

This site has proven not to be safe to purchase on. I made a purchase and the money went off my account. on their side the purchase says unauthorised. In order to sort the situation out you have to get hold of your banker and open a case. My money has been out of my account for seven days so far: they want proof of payment,but without doing an eft you can’t get proof of payment. Superbalist supervisor or manager should be in touch with my bank to sort this out. They could not be bothered. They’ve lost a customer. The point is,the money was taken once a purchase was made on their site.
