Not interested in Customer Service, useless.

Absolutely useless customer service. I ordered something for a colleague as a gift, and realised I had copied and pasted the incorrect name, right after making the order.

I contact their twitter, and ask if they can please change the name for me. They just have an automatic response, not to mention, it takes them an hour to reply each time. How hard is it to change the name? It's not the address, just the name. They are not interested in helping me. I ask to cancel the order then, they are not interested in doing that either. Absolutely useless, a joke.
