NOT HAPPY AT ALL

DO not use them rather go to Takealot I will never use them again as you pay R60 for weekend delivery dates then you have to wait a week for a pair of shoes I spoke to the Manager Anita that stated that she can escalate the order for me but it will take 24 to 48 hours to do so its extremely sad to see that you hire people that does not care about the customer at all she said the same thing over and over again I will NEVER use them again I would rather walk with no shoes on my feet then use them again really no service I have never heard that escalations can take 24 to 48 hours this is verry sad to see how people are treated after spending money with your company.
