Nonchalant attitude while working from home during covid-managers are clearly not phased with performance and the client suffers.

The most pathetic service ever. Ordered 2 shirts and 11 days later Im still waiting for the shirts or a refund. I call twice a day and mail but all Im ever told is that my query has been escalated and someone will call me within 24 hours, its been 24 hours times 8 days already
