Non-existent quality

Superbalist has beautiful things but their quality is useless, I bought a pair of sandals in February and right off the bat I had to return them because they were defective and opted to have them exchanged because I liked them, big mistake. I should've just asked for my money back and moved on. I've only won these sandals 2 or 3 times at the most since then and put them away because it was the winter season. Today I put them on and go to work, I don't how, where or when the left one snapped but at some point it did and i was oblivious of it. Now I get to work and realize that something is missing and voila....No strap, I've been walking around with a broken/damaged sandal....I am absolutely horrified, How will I get on with the rest of my day!? I now have to buy another pair of shoes.....what happened to quality control, have you ever heard of it!? Somehow I doubt it, it may not mean much to you but you have lost a customer today. I am very disappointed to say the least
