Non delivery of items

I was supposed to receive my parcel a week ago after paying them in full . I was sent various emails and smses stating that there was a delay due to them sending the items to the wrong delivery branch. They advised that this caused a delay in the delivery time by another 3 days. After waiting 3 days I received another email stating that the items were sent to another incorrect delivery branch causing a further delay in 3 days. They cannot be honest with customers. I requested for a refund the first time that they could not deliver and I am still waiting for a response. Very poor customer service.
