Non delivery but want to collect? Give me back my money

This item has never been delivered. I have requested it to be cancelled. The couriers have been here twice to collect. I have told them to return the item to the hub as i do not want these items. The couriers have still been to collect, after I have told them to return it. Can somebody please let me know what the heck is going on? I want my money refuned ASAP
