Non-Delivery and pathetic service

I placed an order on the 17th of May and got confirmation it will be delivered on the 25th only to hear that the item (1.3m diameter table) is too large and cannot be delivered.

Why do you sell items online in the first place if it cannot be delivered? And really, 1.3m diameter is really not that big, I would be able to fit in the back of my hatchback
