Non delivery

Bought birthday gift last week Friday 18 August got confirmation it will be delivered 21 August no delivery done dfibe reschedule to be delivered on 22 August before 5pm waited whole day to be delivered and I went to office and we don't work in office we work from home and you need to make an appointment to be in office. I left in a rainy day in cape Town I left 5.05pm rhe audacity of the driver who arrived at 5.25pm and rgw audacity to shout at me and dropped me with the call. I made a call this morning I was dropped spent R100 as I'm calling from my cellphone and I'm not getting any joy as all I want is my order to be delivered to my home address which they not willing to change my address. Poor service not happy and the person did not get the gift yesterday. Pathetic service and *********** drivers who do not have customer service and no telephone etiquette.
