No ways of communication with Superbalist

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers, nowhere it was stated that is was mens sneakers. Not that this would have mattered if the shoes fitted. I logged a return request and tried to change the pickup address to my home address as i am currently working from home. I couldnt change the address so I emailed them immediately saying they need to change the address. No response was received, i tried calling them, also unsuccessful. Today my office phoned me saying there is a collection form Superbalist. I again emailed them, but still no response.
