No way to get in contacr

I am trying to get hold of them, but their phones are disconnected "due to unforseen circumstances" No reply on emails. I used the incorrect delivery address and have been trying to get hd of them to see if I can change it. No luck. I realised the mistake as soon as the order was confirmed. Why on earth can I not change the delivery address? This is a Takealot company with the most user unfriendly website and account management page. Take a leaf from Takealot's pages and apply to yours.
