No Support

I've placed order #***6 on the 25/11/2023 and was delivered on the 06/12/2023. However, I didn't receive the order . When checking with Superbalist their consultant (Nadine) said that the order was received by Kagiso at Reception. I assumed that by Reception she meant Security at the complex entrance. I then asked Security manager if they have anyone by the name of Kagiso and he confirmed that they don't. I went back to Nadine @ Superbalist to ask if she can check with the driver where he left my parcel. To date, I haven't received any response from Superbalist. The order costs R1552,00 which is a lot of money to give away just like that.
