NO SUPERBALIST!!!!

I ordered 2 products from Superbalist, only received the one though. Then emailed them, they were going to refund or credit my other money for item not received. Until today i still did not receive my refund. Please refund me immediately. I have been purchasing a lot of items from you, and this is the first time that this happened.
