I ordered 2 similar items however 1 was delivered. I've since informed the provider and made several escalations but the issue is not being prioritized, the inconvinience and financial loss attached is just unacceptable. By now we should have utilized the goods. From a service recovery perspective, it should have long been resolved given that it's an error made from their side.
