No reward for honesty.

I recently purchased a traveling bag. I was sent two, instead of 1.

I informed their team. However in the same breathe, I requested to purchase the extra bag, and requested a discount.

My request was point blank refused with the following response: Unfortunately, the team have advised that you are unable to purchase the item

A driver has been arranged to collect the item tomorrow ( 10/02/2022 )

You are able to place a new order for the item should you want to purchase the item.
