No response, no communication.

Very unprofessional and not reliable. Exchange was submitted on the 15th of March and they schedule it for the 17th of March, (because one of their Alva pedestal was only having left-side drawer panel, instead of left & right panels) but still no communications or action till today. Unless they are waiting to run out of stock??
