No response!!!!

Great buying and design team with excellent product ranges BUT the entire team is let down by AWFUL customer service! 7 e-mails, 3 forms filled in online and no number to contact them on (number shut down to Covid - seriously other companies have managed to have phone system diverts etc!!!!)! All the time, effort, care that the entire company puts in is just a waste if their customer service is so shocking!!!!
