No resolution to incomplete orders and plenty of Non-responsiveness

I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers to gift to my 3 favorite men for Fathers Day(dad, dad in law and hubby) on the 1st of June 2021. All these to the total of R3638: Order Number ***. I paid the amount immediately by eft.

When the delivery came it was only 2 pairs of sneakers. We noticed this before the driver left but he insisted and completed the delivery on his side anyway. He gave me a number to call for Takealot which I did and they answered promptly and gave me another number for Superbalist. I called the number for 5 consecutive days and was made to hold the line for more than 10mins each time without an answer except the automated voice. All the while I sent numerous emails which were rep**** to by Nosipho requesting pictures of the box and other information which I sent promptly by the 4th of June. She has since said they are investigating and I have heard nothing from them...since the 4th of June. No update...nothing. Even after I emailed them numerously to request for my shoes or money back.

Fathers day has passed, I have gone from livid to just disappointed and utterly heart broken. If you want to safe yourself money, disappointment, airtime and data,...and time, Do not use Superbalist services. They will take your money, deliver an incomplete order, provide you with a help line that no one answers, reply your querying email as if they are going to correct their fault and then just go quite on you! Just Don't do it.
