No refunds on returns. Shocking!!!!!!!

I purchased a blouse worth R300, and requested a refund. The item was picked up by SkyNet courier company. Return number RMA319865 for order # **********

After not recieving my refund I.started calling superbalist and was informed that the item had not arrived. After numerous calls to Skynet and alot of attitude from a lady called Shamila I was finally transfered to their manager, Mr Chetty who.informed me that my item was lost. I asked for a way forward and he told me he will call superbalist and I.would get my refund within 5 working days. The 5 working days lapsed and I.called superbalist who now told me that they will call skynet and would call me.back immediately. Its been a week now!!!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed, because I've been purchasing at superbalist with no issue's but clearly a return is out of the question. NEVER AGAIN.
