No refund received.

Place an order for two items. Received only one, for them to tell me on the day of my delivery that they cannot send the one item. They informed me that my refund failed I sent them my banking details and no ones has come back to me since. Order was placed 1 April. I received a “rate my product” yesterday. Extremely frustrating an unhappy. They are quick to debit the funds but poor service delivery with refunding.
