No refund on return!!!!!!!

<p>My item was returned to the warehouse last Thursday and to date I have still not received any feedback on my refund. I know that it takes 8 working days for the money to reflect and it's been a week now. The item returned was of high value and was returned will all labels attached and in the same packaging I received it in. <br /> I contacted your call centre three times now and was told that you will get back to me on the status of this issue. STILL NO FEEDBACK. I have never had this experience with Spree or any other online store.
