No refund for incorrectly delivered items.

I ordered 4 items from them. The one item was cancelled before delivery, I received 1 kids item instead of the womens item, and 1 item was missing. Subsequently Ive been desperately trying to get my refund on the incorrect item delivered. Their customer service is shocking. I have a 17 email string going with them, Ive phoned them 3 times, and its almost 3 weeks and I still dont have a refund or any sign of getting my refund. I do NOT recommend this store!
