No refund

I bought shoes and i was delivered a wrong size then i returned the shoes and asked for a refund of R349.00 to my surprise my refunded was divided into R116 and R233 then only R116 was paid and to date i have not recieved the remainder R233 and ive been contacting the company for my refund with no avail i mean its only fair that they give me back my money as they failed to deliver what i have ordered
