No quality checks before delivery

Purchased items on sale, one of the items were refunded without explanation. Then one of the items wasn't delivered as reflected on the app and when I eventually received the item it was damaged and smelled like mold. Since last week Friday the item is still not collected and I am still not refunded. I will not purchase from superbalist again as there is no aftermarket service and quality checks. I am 8 months pregnant and mold is not good for a baby.
