No point in buying as all orders are rejected

Horrible service - my name is Siyabonga Mhlongo ***) - i have placed 3 orders for different items - Order No. ***8, Order No. ***0 & Order No. ***1. All these orders were paid for but to my surprise i keep getting messages that items are being cancelled with cash returned to be processed in says to come - whats the point of buying on this app if orders will just be rejected or cancelled and yet when i go on the app some of the cancelled items show on the app. this is horrible service and i will not be using this app again as its a waste of time and effort
