No internal controls! Just bad service!

I bought a product from them they delivered it with missing pieces and I logged a return after battling with them to get my return through

They delivered another product with the same missing items! Either they are running a **** or something is wrong with whoever works at the warehouses I specifically listed the missing items how the hack do they not even check if the product has complete items.

I go to office daily now I have to drive back to accept an item with missing pieces and deal with returns as well! This has costed me money than I’ve benefited!!
