No help from superbalist

I received a package last Monday the box had a hole on it when I opened i found that an item was missing . So I sent a mail out to them telling them what had happened. I received a mail back stating that I will receive a call back in 1 business day . Up to date I haven't received a call from them . But I made a call to them on Thursday all the lady said was they sorting it out. Not going to waste my time buying online . I taught i put it out here so others know what to expect from superbalist **** service
