No gift cards after 30 day exchange period elapses? Pathetic

Is this the only retailer that does not grant their customers a gift card after missing a few days of the 30 day exchange policy? (During the festive season when you not in town for half the month)

In a highly competitive retail market you have to roll with the times and offer a service on par with the rest (Every single TFG online store offers this).

Will be taking my money elsewhere for sure!
