No feedback on my undelivered item

I ordered perfume and a Adidas shirt during Black Friday. Last week a delivery guy only came with the Adidas shirt and I emailed Superbalist regarding the perfume I ordered and they were so confused even though I was very specific as to what was received and what wasn’t. To this day I haven’t received any feedback on my order and on the app it says that everything was delivery.
