No feedback on cancelles deliveries. What a waste!

Rescheduled my delivery twice and the item has not arrived. Imagine it is a birthday gift. Attempt contact them and the phone line is off before the close of business. I am absolutely ****ed as this ruined someones birthday!

If I did not check the app, I would not have seen that the delivery was cancelled again!

Now I have to give someone a gift after their birthday
