No delivery of parcel

I placed 2 orders on the 25th November and the first order was delivered with no hassles. The second order was not delivered and it is now the 4th of November. Everyday there is a message saying I was not available for my order. How can you successfully deliver on order with no hassles but fail to deliver another order. Please Give my parcel to the first guy who delivered timeously
