No delivery (not for the first time)

<p>Last year my delivery ended up being lost in transit, and I ended up not getting my order. Was given vouchers as an apology which dont seem to wrk, Now my latest order was not delivered. Think you guys should reconsider your relationship with MrD, I never had such problems before you started using them. What was supposed to be a Valentine's gift is now late, its beyond pathetic.</p>
