No Delivery No Communication Superbalist.com!

I am deeply upset as on the 25th of May i had made an order via your app and the order was confirmed that i would receive it on the 3rd of June, i had received an sms on the 3rd stating that my order would arrive before 5, but to no avail i did not receive any communication regarding a delay or why my order was not delivered on that day. As this is of urgency to me as a customer using your services i would have appreciated being notified should there be a delay, As it is the 7th of June and still no communication.
