No delivery made

I got a message that the delivery will be done today. I got an sms at 11:46 that my delivery couldn't be done as I was unreachable . My phone did not even ring . I called the call centre and the lady that I spoke to said that the driver went to an incorrect address. Do these drivers not have GPS ? Why did the driver not call me ? tomorrow is my last day at work ,knocking off at 12 ,now I must wait . Totally unacceptable .
