No delivery for paid items

I ordered a Spinn 4 wheel trolley 54cm marigold Cellini bag. Upon delivery this bag wasn’t part of what was delivered ie it was missing. The bag is marked as delivered on the app and Superbalists contact number doesn’t work. I’ve sent follow up emails and am not getting any responses. This means my R 1700 went down the drain and no one cares to explain what happened to the bag. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from Superbalist due to their bad service.
