No Delivery and Cancelation of Order No. ***

My husband used Superbalist for the first time on 23 Jan and used his first time discount. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 25 Jan but no courier arrived at the premises (we have cctv cameras outside our office). The courier called him and said he will deliver but he was in Belhar at the time, I was given his contact details and sms him with a pin of my location. No delivery was even attempted. This is not a new issue with MrD couriers, they just leave the premises with not even attempting to try to find the location. I have screenshots of my sms I sent to the courier. My husband has been in contact with MrD Express who constantly put him through to Superbalist who were not much help, he even updated details on the Superbalist website for the delivery details.

So what does Superbalist do, the punish him by cancelling his order. What a pathetic first experience they gave him. I must say when dealing with Spree there was much better customer service, the service is definitely degraded.
