No delivery after waiting all day.
After making an order. I received an SMS saying delivery would be made on the 9th of March 2016 between 8am and 5pm. As a result of this notification i waited to receive delivery at the address i had given. After now calling to try track delivery i was informed that delivery would not be today. I spent the whole day, in one place, because i was informed via SMS that i should expect delivery today????? Hours!!! waiting. Please fix your system so that it gives the correct time and date for delivery. Wasting a whole day not moving waiting for delivery because that is the information i was sent is not good a good customer experience AT ALL. Order #660613

I tried calling but unfortunately there was no response,
I contacted our couriers and they have confirmed that your parcel was in fact out for delivery and was in fact delivered at 15:10 and Thomas signed for the parcel.
Please advise if otherwise or if you have any concerns further.
