No Delivery

<p>I have been usually impressed with the service offered by superbalist.com until now. After making an order on the 9th of May, and having delivery promised on the 12th, its the 17th of May and I still dont have my order. It is claimed that the courier tried to deliver but coulnt reach me, which I dont understand, I use my work address and have used the address previously with no problems with delivery. I have tried engaging with the customer services team and still I dont have my order nor any indication of when to expect it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thandi</p>
