No deliver on product ordered

I ordered a pair of sneekers 12 October 2017. I was told it would be delivered on Monday 16 October 2017. The courier called me to ask for the adress, which i spelt out for them( Netcare Bougainville Hospital), and still not delivery. I sent an email on Tuesday 17 October 2017 and called and was told the parcel will be delivered on Wednesday 18 October 2017. Well it has still not been delivered. Today 19 October 2017 I called again and was told about a hub change and that maybe friday or monday I might receive my parcel. Why should the hub change be my problem? Im very unhappy.
