No customer care

I ordered from Superbalist and the first order is going smoothly. I placed another order and paid via payfast, the amount went off my account but the order shows awaiting payment. Superbalist's call centre is not working due to covid. I sent an email and proof of payment and was assured they will come back to me within a day which did not happen.
