No correspondence on late order ( 8 days late)

I ordered an item on the 25th of March, was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of March, today is the 6th of April and I have yet to receive my order! Nevermind the fact that absolutely no one from Superbalist has bothered to contact me regarding this issue but when I phone they give me the same answer, I should wait between 2-3 days. Its been longer than that and I still don't have my order! To make things more, I ordered another item on the 4th of April, same address, same details etc, and they delivered it today on the 6th of April! How does that work? Yet I am still waiting for an item I ordered on the 25th of March with a promised delivery on the 29th.. still waiting for responses to mails, I have sent about 7, no replies at all.
