No convenience

The only reason I want to use Superbalist is for convenience and speedy delivery but they are terrible at that, they give you a date of delivery that is 4 days later and they can't even honour that. I end up have to go the mall and returning their items because they always deliver after the event.

Not sure why they cant have the same logistic readiness like Takealot, even Amazon is better for what they're trying to do.
