No Communication

Almost no communication! And the consultants can’t put you through to a supervisor or manager. They hardly get back on emails. They state 24hours but almost never reply. I bought a mens boardshort and no where was it stated that it stretchable material so it’s actually a size smaller. Now that I want to return it they say no it’s a non refundable and returnable item. It’s not true to their size guide. Also it’s not underwear it’s a mens boardshort why can’t it be returned or at least exchanged? If the description was stated correctly from the beginning I would have bought a size bigger. They said a team leader will contact me it’s already 48 hours with no phone call!
